hello again friends n family n lovers n acquaintances n people that just want to see me naked.
as for those of you that did not want to see me naked and now have, tough titty.
credit for the photo goes to - http://www.graciehagen.com/ - check her out. i'm on there too, under "all animals are equal."
i been mentally flip-flopping more than a freshly hooked john kerry the last couple months. found peace a few days back by deciding to stay in chicago thru the winter. so i shall write. here. and my book. and for boxingscene.com
chicago in the winter ain't all that bad. the air is fresh if you ignore the machinery. and i get to wear the scarves i'd put into storage mere hours before deciding to stay here. and i get to attend sweet events. like tonight.
8 pm on espn, or maybe it's espn2. friday night fights. i'll get to be there. ringside. like a boss. and a press guy. and add to my collection of published writings. here's a link to a few in case you missed 'em and care to view 'em - http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=search&opt=search_proceed&nnet_author=1&nnet_catid=-&search_conjunction=AND&keywords=UmljaGFyZCBOYWpkb3dza2k=&page=1
i do have a favor to ask of you, of any you out there that is not my mother - remind me to write. not here, or 'bout bouts 12 rounds long nor in personal classifieds. those come easy. they encompass the sugary batter that's all too simple to stop at. writing in my book, on the other hand, is like mixing thick batter by hand while simultaneously cooking it with body heat. it stresses me the fuck out. and besides the people i love, it's all i have that really matters. so nudge me. nudge me a lot. i may get riled up. and then i may buy you a drink out of gratitude. how's whiskey sound?
